Volunteer Firefighter

I have been in the KVFC since June of 2013. I'm Glad I made the decision to join. Since then I met a lot of great men that put their own lives on the line to serve the community. Since Ive joined I learned what it takes to be a firefighter. Its not as simple as put water onto a fire there are a lot more elements in effect with putting out a fire. Im glad to be able to be part of the firefighting family though protecting people and property with my firefighter brothers and sisters.

Volunteered at Knox Ambulance

In June of 2014 one of my best friends talked me into signing up for an EMT class. At that point I decided to volunteer at the Knox Ambulance. I did a little bit here and there for Knox Ambulance but not to much. While I was there and in the EMT class I learned that EMS is never easy, and that It is a very stressful job.
